Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you wear.

If something’s not right, here’s how we’ll make it better:

Return Window:
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
Custom-made products and personalized footwear cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges:
Available for size changes or design swaps of equal value. We’ll ship the replacement once we receive the original item.
