Ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 2–4 business days and customized footwear may take 7–10 business days before dispatch.

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the shoes are unused and in original condition. Please note: customized footwear is not returnable unless defective.
